21 October 1984. Area extended by Wacton Project Fieldwalking, general scatter = Context 1. No concentrations.
Neolithic/Bronze Age flints - eighteen flakes, two cores used as striking tools - one struck on several faces.
Medieval sherds - one 13th/14th century black outside, light brown inside. Two stoneware; one sherd German stoneware; one odd pitch lined sherd.
Post medieval sherds - seven orange fabric, brown glazed sherds.

Bronze cuboid object, hollow cast, open on one face; corroded; thickened flange around the oped side with small foot projection off the corners. Rough as cast inside. Approximately 16mm sides.
