Summary

Neolithic flint artefacts, Iron Age and Roman pottery and a Roman coin have been discovered. The Neolithic items include part of a polished axehead, an arrowhead, flakes, blades and scrapers.

Pre 1958.
Field east of The Pool ([1]'s field M77/1).
Numerous flint flakes and scrapers.

Listed in (S1). Fragment of polished axe, flakes, blades, scrapers, petit trancet derivative arrowhead, coin of Vespasian ((not Postumus as in (S2)).
Found by [1] and [2].

Roman grey ware rim, two Neolithic type flakes, two retouched flakes, one bifacially worked point.
