Corner of Riverside and road to north. Brick, thatched. Five bays; rusticated pilasters at each end of façade. Ridge at first floor level. Patches of flint in base of gable wall, one blocked window higher up. Tall chimney stacks. Tiled lean-to at rear reaches almost to ground. 17th/18th century.
