Summary

This red brick seven bay, two storeyed house was built in 1798 and was the mill house for a post medieval post mill that was demolished in 1855. A small flint granary which was also part of the mill complex survives.

Mill House on Ordnance Survey.

Pleasant red brick seven bay, two storeyed house dated 1768 in clamp irons, with 'R B'. Good dentilled cornice in white brick. Pantiled roof. Original rectangular chimneys. Central doorway. Excellent condition. [1] says this was the location of a post mill.

18 November 1978. Visit.
The exact site of the windmill is unknown, although a small flint granary survives.

This was demolished 1855. [1] has a copy of the original lease of 1768.
