Summary

This two-storey brick house with timber eaves has two rooms on each storey. The building is late 18th or early 19th century. The front of the house was later converted into a shop.

Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century. Red brick, black glazed pantile roof, hipped on north side. Two storeys and attic. Wedge dormer on north side. First floor sash window with glazing bars. Later shop front with bay window. Modillion eaves cornice."

House, two storeys, two rooms on each. Red brick with timber eaves, and half hip roof against neighbouring premises. Late 18th or early 19th century. Front later converted to shop. Possibly preserved form of an earlier building.
