Summary

5 May 1976.
Sherds of sagging based jar and sagging based spouted dish found in cleaning out ditch 2m below surface (1m below water table) with fragments of worked timber.
Both sherds in hard grey slightly sandy fabric, perhaps 12th or 13th century.
