Good Georgian house of four bays, three storeys; brown brick, one bay projects slightly and contains a tunnel-like archway to rear.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now offices. Early 19th century. Brown brick. Slate roofs. Three storeys in four bays. Segmental arch left of centre marks passageway to rear and has entrances to each block within it. Iron gates. This bay broken forward. Fenestration of sashes with glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. Parapet conceals three hipped roofs running east-west. Internal end stacks to parapets over returns. INTERIOR. Early 19th-century elliptical brick cellar under No.24. Two staircases with round balusters of the stick variety. Ramped and wreathed handrails."
