1977. Found in fill of old pit with 19th century bottles (so probably redeposited).
Behind Littlefields (East Dereham Church Middle) School.
Socketed copper alloy axe with three ribs on two faces, and hafting ribs inside socket. Cutting edge and casting seams badly scratched by modern wear.
