D. Gurney (NAU) 28 April 1989.

October 2012. Norfolk NMP.
The centre of the site has been amended from TL 9882 9060 to TL 9883 9063 as a result of the NMP mapping.
The cropmarks described above are visible on aerial photographs (S1) and indeed relate to boundaries visible on the Tithe Map (S2), both the ditched trackway described as ‘Wash Lane’ and related field boundaries. The site has been mapped purely due to the change in location and the fact that some early finds were recovered here, suggesting that the road could be of earlier origin.
E. Ford (NMP), 23 October 2012.
