Summary
In 1978 a scatter of medieval glazed and coarse pottery sherds was recorded at this location. Subsequent metal detecting in 1984 recovered a penny of Edward III.

1978.
Scatter of medieval glazed and coarse sherds, and one post medieval sherd (S1).

March 1984. Metal detector find on west edge of scatter as shown in (S2).
Edward III penny.
