Full Description
1846. 'Found at Wymondham'. Gold signet ring depicting lion rampant.
Weight 21 dwts 7 grs.
See (S1).
'A Roman thumb ring was found at Wymondham and together with various other rings found there was in the possession of Me Joseph Warren of Ixworth' [2] quoted by NAR records.
Is this a mis-identification of the same object?
