A World War One pillbox is visible on aerial photographs (S2) and (S3). It is circular in form with a diameter of approximately 3m. It is located on a promontory on the north side of Breydon Water on top of the sea bank. The grid reference has been amended from TG 4909 0742 to TG 4910 0741. By 1994 it was partly buried in the sea bank (S1). It was not observed during the Norfolk Rapid Coastal Survey, which suggests that it is now either entirely buried or has been removed.
