Full Description
March 1979. Fieldwalking.
Found on surface of barley field at approx. TG 1467 1377:
1 Mesolithic bladelet core in dark brown flint.
1 Neolithic blade core in grey flint and 1 end scraper.
15 Roman pottery sherds (10 coarseware body sherds and 5 rims).
Information from (S1) (received from NCM on 8 May 1979). These discoveries were reported in (S2).

June 1984. Fieldwalking.
Finds from this site were donated to the Norwich Castle Museum in 1999 (NWHCM : 1999.1.46.1). These are recorded as having been found in 1984 (at approx. TG 1465 1370) and are listed as comprising:
3 Neolithic worked flints.
Roman pottery sherds.
Medieval pottery sherds.
Post-medieval pottery sherds.
It is presumed that none of these finds are those that were seen by the museum in 1979.
