Full Description
'Wathden or Waterden'. Remains of church?
'At a place called Wathden or Waterden in this parish, Serjeant Godard observes there was to be seen in his time some remains of a church, also bones that appear at a low ebb upon the river side'. See (S1).

Godard was Recorder of Lynn and died in 1671. Blomefield is quoting Armstrong or Dugdale.
