Summary

The foundations of a possible building of unknown date were reportedly revealed after ploughing. A dark soil- or cropmark was apparently also visible at the site.

Reported by farmer to E. Rose (NAU) 23 May 1979.
Line of foundations as if of a wall, with square annexe about 2.4m (8ft) square at end, ploughed up 'right across field some years ago'.
Dark soil or cropmark also seen in very wet conditions.
