Marked as Mill Hill on 1840 tithe map.
E. Rose (NAU), 28 June 1979.
Powered by a steam beam engine subsequent to wind, replaced in 1914 by two 90bhp Gwynnes steam engines capable of pumping 50 tonnes per minute. There are also drawn plans for new plant which it appears were never installed.
