Summary
During metal detecting in advance of the Aylsham bypass prehistoric worked and burnt flints, fragments of medieval and post medieval pottery, a silver penny of Henry II and a silver sixpence of Elizabeth I were found at this spot.

Full Description
February to March 1979. East part of field along line marked out for Aylsham bypass.
Found on surface of ploughed field with metal detector.
Scatter of prehistoric, medieval and post medieval finds.
Found by Norfolk and Suffolk Metal-Detecting Society.
