Field bordering south edge of Crown Plantation. Surface of ploughed field.
Polished and chipped axe on mottled grey flint flake.
Sharp, high central ridge on one side formed by steep, even retouching down both edges. Other side concave with area of cortex still in evidence. Extremely regular outline with almost straight cutting edge. Cutting edge polished in triangle with apex meeting central ridge.
