Summary
This is the site of a post mill marked on Faden's map of 1797. It was replaced around 1809 with another post mill that worked until 1922.

Site of wind mill.
Marked on Faden's map 1797.

Grid reference corrected 28 October 1980.
Building still marked on 1921 revision of 25 inch Ordnance Survey map but not named as mill. Post mill, replaced by another 1809. Last used 1922.
Roundhouse remains.
