Map

1979-80. Exposed by tidal scour in edge of sand dunes.
Wall parallel to dunes and backing on to it. Clunch rubble wall behind flint cobble facing on clunch footings. East corner not traced. Break, possibly a doorway, immediately before west corner, which is brick dressed.
One brick 2.7m x 1.3m x 0.76m brought back to KLM.
North to south wall from this corner vanishes into dune. Wall about 7.6cm high and 2.54cm thick. Possibly 18th to 19th century.

Later, pantiles found with letter 'M' impressed.
Also unconfirmed story of 'coins'.
