Summary

A brickworks, marked on a map of 1836. The buildings were still indicated as standing on a map of 1953, and when visited in 1981 were being used as a farmyard.

The buildings marked are a farm yard; access was not allowed owing to cattle disease, but it could be seen that the lower courses of one barn were built of mixed bricks and fragments as is often the case in brick yards.
