Full Description
Site of lime kiln.
Marked on (S1).
E. Rose (NAU), 26 March 1980.
Also marked on 1838 tithe map; no trace here 1978 - Norfolk Industrial Archaeology Society.
Latest mention of this site is the 1845 edition of White's Directory (S3). After 1887 the site is refered to as "Wooded pit" on the 6ins O.S. maps. (S4)
