Summary

A post-medieval smock mill marked on Bryant's map of 1826 and an Ordnance Survey map of 1836. An earthwork associated with the mill has been identified on lidar data.

A mound, most likely post-medieval in date, is seen as an earthwork on visualised lidar data (S4).
This feature most likely relates to a former smock mill recorded from historic maps (as above).
The mapped extent of this record has been expanded from a point to a polygon [2].
