1959. Location [1]. Found in hoeing sugar beet.
Palstave, 15th century BC, raised transverse ribs on sides. See for comparison Sogel axes of North Germany.
Identified by A. Lawson (NAU) June 1980.
Finds held.
S. Margeson (NCM) July 1980.
August 1982. Found with metal detector and fieldwalking.
Struck flint.
Undated bronze sheet.
Medieval sherds including green glazed Grimston.
Copper alloy openwork cross-shaped mount with niello inlay (from box?). Lead seal (B inscribed on larger disc) - cloth seal?
