Summary

A cropmark of a ring ditch, probably relating to a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible on aerial photographs. The ring ditch is slightly sub-circular in plan with a 2.5m wide ditch and an external diameter of 24m. It is situated on the edge of a small valley at 15m OD. Two more ring ditch cropmarks are located 230m to the west (NHER 16736) and 590m to the east (NHER 16734) along the same valley.

A cropmark of a ring ditch, probably relating to a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2). The central grid reference for this cropmark has been amended from TG 3234 1397 to TG 3235 1398. The ring ditch is slightly sub-circular in plan with a 2.5m wide ditch and an external diameter of 24m. It is likely that it is of Bronze Age date and that it relates to a round barrow. It is situated on the edge of a small valley at 15m OD. Two more ring ditch cropmarks are located 230m to the west (NHER 16736) and 590m to the east (NHER 16734) along the same valley.
