Full Description

Circular marks on RAF aerial photographs taken 27 June 1946 (according to NCM card S1).
E. Rose (NAU).

I could see no trace on the RAF aerial photographs of this feature. Suggest that R. R. Clarke (NCM) marked 1689 in this place by mistake first and forgot to delete it- note similarity of topography.
