Full Description
1877. Stray Find.
Found when pulling down house:
?Late medieval jug.
On display in Wisbech Museum 1 May 1981 [1].
Compiled by A. Lawson (NAU), 26 June 1981.
Information from (S1).
Amended by P. Watkins (HES), 14 February 2021.
However in 2002 the object is displayed as post medieval.
It is a small jug of yellowish fabric with a handle and if really post medieval must be early post medieval. Needs re-examination by an expert.
