Full Description
Pre 1975?
Found at Badley Moor. Note the Ordnance Survey mark this name at TG 014 117, but locally it is used for a much wider area.
Butt of polished flint axe.
Information from drawing in NCM flint. Marked by A. Gregory (NAU)) 'TG 01 SW 12; 3064'. But this is not the axe from that site. Compare the drawing in file under that number. Unless this object came from the same site, this is a confusion..
E. Rose (NAU), 23 November 1981.
