Summary

Metal detecting in this area during 1981 recovered a 12th or 13th century ring brooch. In 1986 Neolithic flint flakes were collected from a pipe trench that was dug here.

Found by [1]:
1 medieval ring brooch with intact pin, 12th to 13th century. See (S1).
S. Margeson (NCM), 16 February 1982.

1986. Field Observation.
Finds recovered by [1], reportedly from Anglian Water pipeline (which is by railway), but marked at this spot. If accurate, presumably from spread spoil.
Neolithic flint flakes (not Mesolithic as suggested by finder).
