Full Description
1982. East of Hall Farm.
Small wood with ditches levelled.
Suggested by finder as moat, but shape long and narrow as on (S1) makes this improbable.
Probably a ditched wood.
E. Rose (NLA).
Lead-glazed earthenware and salt glazed stoneware sherds, 18th century?
Lava millstone fragment undated.
Brick, early?, and tile fragments with peg holes.
Ox horn core.
