Summary

Metal detecting in 1981 recovered an Iceni silver coin, Roman coins, an Early Saxon copper alloy pendant and a medieval strap fitting.

Iceni half-denomination pattern-horse silver coin, not seen by A. Gregory (NAU).
'Roman coins'
Early Saxon bronze pendant with suspension loop.
Pendant triangular in shape.
None of material seen.

Report of single Iceni coin found by farmer 'on site of old Riddleworth Hall'. Same as earlier finds?
Same site in any case (immediately south of present hall which is supposed to be on site of older one)

Objects found at [3] by [4] and seen by Thetford Museum staff in late 1993/early 1994.

E4402:
1 medieval belt chape.
Mentioned in Thetford Museum notes [5] and depicted in a polaroid sent to NLA in May 1999 by NCM. The polaroid is marked "Medieval belt chape front plate with repousse boss, forked spur, plate with wedge shaped terminal. 23 December 1993".

E4405:
Objects refered to in Thetford Museum notes [5] as "clasp & button". No other details available.
