Full Description
Large building of about 1600.
Georgianised with extensive panelling remaining. Many later alterations and now subdivided.
See (S1) and (S2) in file.
E. Rose (NAU), 20 January 1983.
It was previously recorded that this building was listed. However, it would seem that the associated designation actually only relates to the later building fronting onto Staithe Street itself (No 74 - now recorded separately as NHER 64641.
P. Watkins (HES), 16 February 2021.
