Summary

Banks and rectangular enclosures of unknown date were reportedly identified at this site, presumably seen as earthworks during a site visit in the 1940s although the available information is not entirely clear. The features were subsequently levelled by ploughing.

The undated banks and rectangular enclosures described above, which were presumably visible as earthworks, were not identified on the consulted aerial sources. The latter included aerial photographs from 1945 and 1946, on which the field appears to be in arable cultivation (see S1, for example).
