Full Description
1946 to 1948. 546m (600 yards) north of house.
Banks and rectangular enclosures in pasture, visible before levelling.
R.R. Clarke (NCM).
October 2025. Northwest Norfolk Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AI&M) Project.
The undated banks and rectangular enclosures described above, which were presumably visible as earthworks, were not identified on the consulted aerial sources. The latter included aerial photographs from 1945 and 1946, on which the field appears to be in arable cultivation (see S1, for example).
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 23 October 2025.
