Summary

Fieldwalking in 1984 by the Fenland Survey recovered sherds medieval pottery scattered regularly across this field. An archaeological watching brief in 2002 recovered no further evidence.

Monitoring of construction of two vehicle passing bays along road which follows the course of the medieval sea bank.
No archaeologically significant features or finds observed.
