Summary

The farm buildings and cartlodge here date to 1762 and are built from flint and carrstone although no single uniform style is observable. The farmhouse itself features two wooden cross windows, brick coped parapets and a rear stairs outshut which connects the building's multiple ranges.

June 1953. Listed, Grade II.
Approximately dating to 1600 and 17th century.
Flint, carrstone and clunch. three or four different builds, all 17th century.
Two storeys with two storey porch tower to west, latter with four centred arch with hoodmould, and stepped brick gable. Two storey central range, chequerwork knapped carrstone, flint and pink clunch. Three inserted 18th century ground floor windows surrounds, two wooden cross windows. Two first floor windows in 17th century openings. 18th century string course and brick quoins. Brick coped parapets divided from builds to north and south. South single bay range perhaps same build as porch; galleted knapped flint, brick plinth and quoins. Two first floor windows have 17th century surrounds, ground floor have 18th century ones. South gable with 17th century attic window. North single bay range of carrstone. Rear stairs outshut connects central and south ranges, and other additions.
