Summary

Fieldwalking as part of the Fenland Survey recovered a few pieces of prehistoric worked and burnt flint, including two possible Mesolithic blades.

10-13 April 1984. Fenland Project fieldwalking.
Site MTW AA.
Narrow ridge of white and grey sand just emerging from peat and flush with surface; ploughed and weathered.
A few pieces of worked flint found, including 2 long narrow ?Mesolithic blades.

After harrowing:
2 flakes and calcined flint found.
