Summary

A concentration of burnt flint was found during a field walking survey. Slight earthworks on the site appear to correspond with post-medieval field boundaries shown on the 1807 enclosure map. Medieval bricks and fragments of pottery were also found on the site, which was part of a common edge settlement during the medieval period.
