Summary

During the 1980s a number of prehistoric flint artefects were found on the surface of the field here. Finds comprised eighteen Mesolithic flint blades, ten Mesolithic flint flakes and a Neolithic flint arrowhead.

Found on surface of arable field by [1]:
1 Neolithic large triangular arrowhead.
A number of other flints found in the same area were amongst finds subsequently given to the King's Lynn Museum (KILLM : 1992.317). These included 18 micro-blades and ten small flakes, all of which are probably Mesolithic. Identified by J. J. Wymer (NAU) 16 August 1984.
