July 1984. Stray Find.
Found on water meadows north of river by [1].
Ground Neolithic flint axehead, polished over both surfaces with little trace of original flaking. Broken at cutting end and crudely reflaked to a blunt edge. Patina and thin iron staining suggests damage is of antiquity.
