1979. Ordnance Survey field Great Fransham 361. Field walking in good conditions.
Worked flints.
Medieval sherds including Grimston and Grimston Thetford.
Post medieval sherds including glazed red earthenware and stoneware.

This site is recorded as Med 13 in (S2), which identifies this site with a messuage first recorded in about 1550. A house is shown on the site on (S3), but has now been demolished.
