Full Description
17th century house extended south in 18th and southwest in 19th century.
Red brick and pantiles. North-south range, taller southern range, two east wings and parallel range to west. In rear range, three windows with segmental brick heads Parapet north gable. Axial chimneystack in south wing, end chimneystack in northwest wing. Flint plinth to north gable (inside extension). Open brick fireplace with bressumer, and ovolo moulded beams, in kitchen. 17th century tiebeams - evidence for timber frame?
Windbraced roof. 19th century open barn for reed also listed.
