1817. Dug up on Manor Farm (no farm of that name on post 1926 Ordnance Survey maps) at Gorleston.
Roman urns containing calcined bones.

Such finds called Roman in 19th century are often Early Saxon, and note the cremation in urn, possibly Iron Age, at site NHER 10552.
