3 copper alloy nails.

14th century buckle loop with forked spacer plate.
Finder's No.1185 Field 3.

September 1997 to January 2000. Metal detecting.
Post medieval copper liard, Philippe II of Brabant about 1581.
Obverse: Crowned arms of dukes of Burgundy from Philip le Beau (1494 to 1506) to Charles V, also King of France (1506 to 1556), quartered shield with Austria (a fesse) in the first quarter, Burgundy modern (3 lis) in the second, Burgundy ancient (bends) in the third and Brabant (a lion) in the fourth.
Legend around is largely unreadable, but would say (Bust left) PHS.DG HISP" REX DUX BRAB.
Reverse is too worn to read but woiuld say, (Shield) DOMINUS MIHI ADIVTOR.
