Full Description
Before 1908. On Shingham Warren (not on OS).
Neolithic flints, see (S1).
E. Rose (NAU) 22 April 1985
Abstract from (S1) (but dating it to 27th not 28th) in (S2), borrowed by A. Rogerson (NAU), says that Reverend Nightingale found at junction of turf and subsoil on Shingham Warren some white crusted weapons lying in an oval as though they had fallen out of the decayed body of an animal, submitted to Canon Greenwell who said majority 'had certainly been in the hands of men and that their appearance could not have been accidentally produced'.
E. Rose (NAU) 16 December 1985
