Summary

Metal-detecting between 1982 and 1992 recovered a range of objects including a Roman coin, a medieval papal bulla, strap fitting, stud and coins, post medieval harness fittings, thimbles and coins.

Roman gilt oval brooch, 2nd century glass gem missing.
Coin of Constantine I GLORIA EXERCITVS 2 standards AD 330 to 5.
Penny Edward I London mint.
Post medieval copper alloy tailors thimble.

Rear hook brooch mid to late 1st century AD.
Early post medieval thimble, tailor's, for coarse work.
Coin used as a trial piece for a stamp and cut down, Georgian?

?Post medieval large lead weight pierced for suspension.
