Summary
One fragment of medieval pottery and several fragments of post medieval pottery were found during potato picking. Metal detecting before March 2010 recovered multi-period metal objects including a Romano-British brooch, medieval key handle and post-medieval coins, jetton, buckle, crotal bells, possible weights and a possible musket ball.

Full Description
1965. Found while potato picking. On edge of field opposite Croxton Mill.
One late medieval and several post medieval sherds.
W. Milligan (NCM).
Before March 2010. Metal detecting.
Romano-British brooch, medieval key handle and post-medieval buckle, crotal bells, possible weights and a possible musket ball.
