Map

'Cottage standing on mound - information from 'R. B'.' - note by R. R. Clarke on NCM map.
'Cottage standing on R. B. - information from O. G. S. Crawford' - KLM map for exactly the same spot.

NB. Neither the 1958 or the 1923 6 inch Ordnance Survey maps mark a cottage here. KLM add a note that the name Bellmount given by the Ordnance Survey to this field refers to a bell used to warn shepherds of high tides. Compare to NHER 2185.
