Summary
Fieldwalking in 1986 by the Fenland Survey recovered medieval pottery sherds and quite a few shells over this field, though most pottery was recovered at the eastern end of this field, behind the house. Two Late Saxon pottery sherds were also recorded.

Full Description
22 January 1986. Fieldwalking on well weathered ploughsoil.
Odd medieval sherds and quite a few shells over field, most pottery at east end field behind house. Also two Late Saxon. WPA BE (S1).
