Summary

Fieldwalking in 1986 by the Fenland Survey recovered a number of medieval pottery sherds from across this area, as well as noting one small concentration. Metal-detecting in 2016 recovered a medieval jetton.

31 January 1986. Fieldwalking in well weathered ploughsoil. (S1).
Context 1 = Odd medieval sherds. TSC CR general scatter.
Context 2 at 5471 1990. Small area of medieval sherds around 15m diam. TSC CQ.
Finds in NCM.
