Listing Description excerpt:

'Manor Farm East Barn and Attached Buildings to south-east and south-west':
"Barn, mainly 18th century, but with early 17th-century core. Built of red brick, timber frame and sheet asbestos roof. Three-stead barn with aisle to south. Gabled brick and pantile ranges attached to south-east and south-west forming south facing yard. Central barn doors to north and off centre barn doors to south. Brick parapet gables with tie irons and eaves level plat-bands. Early 17th-century aisled construction inside barn with transverse sill plates below posts and outshut tie beams. Arch braces to arcade plate and tie beams. North ends of tie beams rest on 'buried' wall posts with arch braces. Staggered butt purlin roof.

'Manor Farm West Barn and Attached Buildings to south-east and south-west':
"Barn, 18th century of red brick with thatched roof. Three-stead barn with hayloft at the east end, continuous outshut to south and attached ranges of open fronted shelter sheds to south east and south west forming south facing yard. Western range gabled, eastern range hipped, but with higher southern section forming lean-to against east barn. Off-centre barn doors towards western end to north and south. Rectangular window openings to east of north barn doors. Hayloft door with two rectangular openings below on west gable. Southern outshut has three Diocletian windows flanking two stable doors. Parapet gables with tie irons dated 1881. Included for group value with eastern barn, forming intact farmstead with two south facing yards.

Complex of farmhouse, two barns and outbuilding.
House is 16th century timber framed with brick gable extended in 17th, 18th and 20th centuries.
One barn was formerly an aisled barn, probably contemporary with house, partly replaced in brick in 19th century.
Second barn dates from 1831 and includes stables.
